Height: Females start to slow their growth anywhere between 17-19 years. So by your age I think you have maxed out. 
Unless you start messing with hormones which is not a good idea I would suggest wear heels.

Find Cause if anemia: Anemia has many causes, may be loss of blood, kidney disease, tumor , deficiency of iron, some vitamins and many other. So they need to do other tests to determine the cause, so accordingly to decide how to correct it.

Yoga great but...: Yoga is wonderful. It may improve your posture so you will stand as tall as possible.
But as good as yoga is, once the growth plates of your bones have fused it is impossible to grow any taller and by age 20 your growth plates have fused. But the right type of shoes may help you look a couple inches taller...

Growth: Your daughter wt &amp; ht  are in about  15th percentile , in low normal range but not failing to thrive,  you can try to feed her more  often, give her more solid food, give her cheese  &amp; yogurt  they have more  protein &amp; calcium  than milk, you could also cook with milk instead of water , it is great with rice, pasta, Most important  have he checked by her Dr. She might need some work up. Good luck.

Fiber &amp; fiber...: Without knowing more about your specific situation, it is hard to give you an exact answer... but for most people in the US on a western diet that is processed... increasing dietary fiber to over 30g a day (yes actually count them) really helps. If it doesn't get better, or if you notice unusual masses, bleeding, or pain on passing stool... see your doctor for an evaluation and examination.
