An allergy occurs when your body’s immune system creates antibodies to a foreign substance causing a reaction that can be mild to severe. Heart attack: The treatment of heart attack is more nuanced as you suggest. If possible we prefer to treat as soon as possible with catheter based interventional therapy. If getting the patient into the lab for that therapy within 90min of pain onset isn't possible we consider thrombolytic therapy very seriously.

Approaching: depression wi multiple modalities is best. There are many
things you can do for depression.  Don't isolate. Spend time w people. Use your support system. Get out. Don’t stagnate at home. Work to get 8 hours or &gt; of sleep per night &amp; eat healthfully. Daily aerobic physical activity is a big +.  Recommend the “Feeling Good Book" by Dr. David Burns. Don't just read it - DO IT!

Depends on which med: The effects of an overdose depend on which medication and how much. Insulins, glimeperide, glyburide, Glipizide and those containing these medications can lower sugar below usual, most likely for a short periods of time. 

An overdose of others such as metformin, actos/avandia, januvia/tradjenta/onglyza are less likely to cause this problem.

Variable: Weed itself varies. What you got before may be different from now. Also, individuals have varying sensitivities.  But there may be  a synergistic effect of intoxication: they get too strong. But there is also the metabolism: weed has some metabolic pathways that may be the same as your meds, thereby making weed and your meds either weaker or stronger. Unpredictable, and therefore unwise.

Optimally ≤120/80: Consensus expert panels convene periodically to answer this question, but usually ≤120/≤80 is ideal.  However, there is some flexibility given age and other conditions and risk factors.  BP is quite variable naturally and subject to considerable measurement error, so calibrated arm (not wrist or finger) BP cuffs, good technique are important.  24 hour automatic BP monitoring is useful if in doubt.

No reason: You can, but there's no reason.  One treatment is almost always enough.  You may still be itching the next day, but that doesn't mean there are any living mites.
