Yes: Depends were the aneurysm is located and how big. It may also rupture spontaneously without person reporting any symptoms.

Often none: Thoracic aortic aneurysm often have no associated symptoms. Sometimes there will be chest and/or back pain. Most are found incidentally. Aneurysms increase in frequency as patients age. They're very uncommon in teens. For it to occur in a teenager i would bet there was an associated problem with tissue strength (collagen-vascular disease) like marfan's syndrome.  Exercise doesn't increase risk.

Yes: Symptoms could come and go secondary to pulsation, but also leaking.  If suspicion for aneurysm then you should be evaluated.

Yes--can be mistaken: Aortic aneurysm is highly unlikely in someone your age.  The only people I've ever known to have aortic aneurysm have been long-term (more than 20-30 years) smokers.  Aortic aneurysms are characterized by a "tearing pain," that moves as the tear expands.  Some have compared it to pain of a kidney stone.  More likely you're having tachycardia and anxiety from the "uppers."

Aneurysm: an aneurysm is usually asymptomatic, and becomes symptomatic when it enlarges enough. If you can feel a mass and that's the aneurysm, you should have it addressed immediately because it means that it's large enough to create problems

If you can't drive.: It sounds like a severe migraine. Headaches from an aneurysm  in your head would also be very severe, but usually much worse symptoms after one day. Since this has gone on several days I think you're safe with respect to any ruptured aneurysm.  And urgent care or ER visits with an MRI would be recommended.

Variable: It can be variable, typically once symptomatic, the symptoms do not go away on their own

Least likely cause: Aneurysm is unlikely cause of a headache lasting so long. Any other symptoms? Visual problems?Balance? Speech? Headache lasting that long needs to be evaluated by a doctor.
