Depends: This would depend on whether you have completely recovered from the concussion.Generally most people recover from their concussions by 6-12 weeks after the injury.The way to tell is if all the symptoms of the concussion have resolved-ie. Headaches, dizziness, trouble thinking or focusing, nausea.If they haven't you may need brain imaging first to make certain there is no structural residual problem.

A concussion : Is nothing to fool around with. She needs to be evaluated right away by her doctor or an emergency room to confirm or deny that she actually has a concussion. If she truly has one then I would postpone the extraction of her third molars until she receives medical clearance.

This can cause neurological deficits that are usually temporary. Repeated concussions can lead to permanent brain damage, especially if they occur repeatedly before the effects of the prior concussion has resolved. Rarely in this situation death can occur.

Examining the injured helps.  Ct & MRI scans do not show concussions.
