hi i've been on citralopam 10mg as a result of panick/anciety attacks. i haven't had an episode for nearly 3 months can i start to wean off them?

Maybe, BUT: Never abruptly stop or change these medications without consulting your prescribing physician first. These medications work very subtly...I would suggest that you talk to your prescribing doctor and develop a plan for gradual dose reduction...If necessary and if possible..It is common to consider gradual dose reduction after 6 to 9 months of treatment, but always check with your doc first.

It could be: Physiologic symptoms of anxiety / panic can include nausea and abdominal pain. The sensation could be related to anxiety or due to a separate medical condition. Because you are suffereing, i hope your are receiving medical care. You might benefit from psychotropic medications.

Consider Antidep.: A class of antidepressants referred to as selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors, or SSRIs, are often used to treat anxiety in older dementia patients who require it for long-term use, according to the "Treatment of Dementia and Agitation: A Guide for Families and Caregivers," published by the UC Davis Alzheimer's Disease Center. These medications can include Lexapro, (escitalopram) Prozak, Pakil and Zoloft. The Alzheimer's Association reminds patients and caregivers that no medications have been specifically approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration to treat behavioral or psychiatric symptoms related to dementia, which means that the exact dosages are not known, nor are the potential side effects or long-term effects.

Ask your chinese practitioner if they have any recommendations on western doctors that are open or ask your western doctor if they are willing to collaborate.  You can try looking into academic medical centers that have integrative medicine or find a holistic or integrative M.D.

Be more specific: The thorax contains many organs such as the heart and the lungs, bones, like the ribs and the spine and blood vessels. Any of these can be affected with a disease. Some are treated with medications and others with surgery.

can naturopathy and ayurvedic medicine cure stage 4 pancreatic cancer?

No: I am familiar with alternative medicine. Some is bogus. Some we don't understand. However we do understand stage 4 pancreatic cancer. It is a terminal disease. There is no cure. You can spend many thousands of dollars on all sorts of treatments but you will still die of the disease. I don't want to hear of the 1 patient who may have survived this illness. It is fatal.

Bd of cosmetic surge: The American Board of Cosmetic Surgery does not require one to be a board certified plastic surgeon, so that any board certified surgeon can take a course and become certified by the American Board of Cosmetic Surgery. I prefer a board certified plastic surgeon doing cosmetic surgery.
