Hemorrhoid.: Sounds more like a hemorrhoid than cancer.  treat the constipation and the hemorrhoid and bleeding will get better.

Cannot diagnose: This sounds as if you may be having outbreaks of genital herpes, but without being able to see these ulcers would only be guessing. You really need to show these to your family doctor or gynecologist and have them assess and diagnose and suggest management.  Good luck.

Given your concern by the number of questions here i would advise you to get ahold of your surgeon.  There should also be some notes or papers that you were given at surgery to explain the norms post op.

More info needed: there are many causes. Injury, hemorrhoids, infection causing abscess, fissure (paper cut type of thing on the anal skin), anal cancer.  At your age I recommend to see a specialist for evaluation
