YES: It is perfectly safe to take prenatal vitamins any time until menopause (after menopause it is best to avoid taking vitamins with iron). Most prenatal vitamins are well-rounded multivitamins. I am happy to hear they have helped your allergy, consider adding extra vit. C (1-2, 000 mg 2x/day) extra b5 (500 mg 2-3x/day) and consider trying stinging nettles extract and quercitin as well.

Inocor dose: Initially 0.75 mg/kg IV bolus over 2-3 min, then start maintenance infusion 5 - 10 mcg/kg/min. Additional bolus of 0.75 mg/kg may be given 30 minutes after treatment starts. Max dose/day: 10 mg/kg.

Usually not: I presume you know you didnt "bang" the bone...So if it has lasted a while see your dr. Who will tke a full history and examine you..An allergy would be unusual.

Milk intolerence: Abdominal  cramps, bloating , gas are usually due to milk intolerance. About 20% of people in this country have milk intolerance. Symptoms depend on quantity of milk ingested.
About 3% of children have milk allergy. Even small amount of milk can cause  or aggravate cough, wheezing, hives, itching, diarrhea 
etc. Keeping a diary of symptoms can help the diagnosis.
Allergy evaluation will be helpful.

Dandruff has been shown to be the result of three required factors:
skin oil commonly referred to as sebum or sebaceous secretions, 
the metabolic by-products of skin micro-organisms (most specifically malassezia yeasts, 
individual susceptibility.

Not to Worry: Just because you haven't tried buckwheat before doesn't put you at an increased risk for allergy. Rare to develop a food allergy later in life, shellfish/peanut more common.  Food allergies are typically immediate, minutes to a half hour after ingestion of concerning food with symptoms ranging anywhere from hives, wheezing, itching, shortness of breath, wheezing, vomiting, or fainting.

Possible: Yes, it is possible to have allergy to lettuce, but it is one of the more rare food allergies.  Typical symptoms would be mouth itching or soreness, nausea, vomiting, abdominal cramps, diarrhea, hives, itching or rarely in more severe cases trouble breathing, drop in blood pressure (shock), or death.  You only need one or two of these symptoms to suspect an allergy.

Skin and GI: Milk allergy usually begins in infancy. Most children have rashes (eczema or hives) and GI symptoms (pain and diarrhea). Less common are nasal and chest symptoms.  Chronic constipation in infants and children is rarely due to true milk allergy.  In young children the initial manifestation of milk allergy can be anaphylaxis, a severe systemic reaction.
