i think i ate a few expired famous amos cookies.they tasted fine, but the bag said "m10314 b6", so i didnt know what that meant. will it make me sick?

If you feel sick: go to your doc.  The cookies have an expiration date somewhere but it appears you didn't find it.  There are so many preservatives and chemicals in packaged foods that they last for a long time but do not have much nutrition.  Peace and good health.

HIV/AIDS: Hiv is the causative virus; aids is the end result of HIV infection. Acute HIV syndrome is described as a flu or mononucleosis-like illness. Opportunistic infections is late stage. First off, get tested if unsure for confirmation and, if positive, get under the guidance of a specialist.

: Gonorrhea, a STD,  are gram negative cocci, none were seen. Gram positive cocci are usually normal skin bacteria, A minor amount of pus was seen. None of this statement has anything to do with HIV testing. A full interpretation would require other data like where the specimen was obtained and why. You are welcome to start over and provide enough information for a site doc to evaluate.

Normal CBD: After the removal of the GB the CBD increases in size to accommodate for bile storage after the GB is removed. The size of 1.3mm is normal post-chole.    There can be other causes of the pain such as adhesions, gastric ulcer, or gastritis. It would be best to see a PCP or a surgeon.

Vaginal discharge: There are many reasons for persistent vaginal discharge including chronic low grade infection, indwelling foreign body. , discharges that patients claim "never go away" are likely to be bacterial vaginosis, but if this is purely subjective and not appreciated by others it may not be pathologic.  Assume you have seen a gynecologist?  Is this is a symptom of your depression?

PMS: Anxiety, irritability and mood swings are very common symptoms of pms and are related to hormonal changes in the menstrual  cycle. Some women are more sensitive than others. Please talk to your ob-gyn about it. Pms is treatable.

Evaluation needed: Any kid who regresses in speech or language should be evaluated by his/her pcp/developmental pediatrician or pediatric neurologist. If a treatable issue can be found, care can be started immediately. Some cases will turn up worrisome diagnoses that may impact family planning & other decisions.

on amox for saliva gland infec. and now my bm looks like i'm not digesting food.i see my last meal, almost no stool. started 2 days ago. no blood.

Therefore, the delicate balance in the colon is disrupted, and loose stools or partially digested foodstuff noted.  "good bacteria" aids in digestion and fight off the "bad bacteria."  Amoxicillin (antibiotic) kills both good and bad bacteria.
