Days: If you are waiting on chromosomal analysis, it should be final within 2 weeks, usually sooner.  Other tests, such as for infection, are within hours.  AFP levels are known the next day.

: Selective termination of a twin with confirmed genetic abnormality, using KCL to inject the heart of twin A requires an expert in maternal/fetal medicine to provide an appropriate dose and monitor the pregnancy even after the procedure.  This should be done at a university setting, with appropriate specialist managing post procedure. The maternal effect should be minimal.

Trichomonas ?: The problem with Trichomonas is after treatment, it may disappear, but if you or your partner(s) have "other partners", transmission is inevitable, and the odor will seem to not go away.  Get another test for Trichomonas, and ask any other contacts to get tested as well.  Not everyone will "confess" to having other partners , so it may again return due to re-infection.

MVP normal?: Congrats on th me weight loss.  There are many things that could be meant by MVP. Look at the normal values and always send to us or we are in the dark. Discuss with your team.

EpiPen (epinephrine): Yes- the next expsure could be critical. I suggest an allergic medical consultation, a medi-alert card or necklace and have your physician prescribe an EpiPen (epinephrine) for life threatneing allergic reactions. Get an expert opinion-ASAP.
