Heart burn: Heartburn can be the result of irritation from the stomach or esophagus.  Without abnormal findings we start treating this with conservative means, diet: avoid eating then laying down, acid foods, mint, coffee, lose belly fat. The ammonia smell is most often bacteria growth from the vaginal area. Cleanliness is key. Abnormal metabolic issues can also cause an ammonia odor. See your doctor

Bacterial vaginosis?: Strong vaginal odor suggests bacterial vaginosis, an overgrowth of mostly normal vaginal bacteria. Odor is very subjective; people use different words for the same odor. The odor of BV is most commonly called "fishy", but "ammonia" may fit. BV odor is often strongest after unprotected sex, maybe another clue in your case? In any case, see your PCP/gynecologist for exam, testing, and treatment.

: The commonest cause is a concentrated urine. Please try to drink lots of water to see that helps. Other causes are infection, stones excessive protein intake etc.- if it persists pl see a Urologist foe further investigation
