Why does my urine smell very strongly of ammonia? i do not smell it when i am actively urinating but if there is some in my underwear (sometimes i sneeze and a little comes out) the smell is so strong i can even smell it before taking my pants down?
I have been having a lot of discharge lately and I find that my underwear is always wet it has a sweet smell to it. Could it be amniotic fluid? 38wks
