blood clots, high blood pressure, blurred vision, severe headache, heart attack , shortness of breath, stroke
not all get these side effects
no cur.

Amenorrhea: The headache could be unrelated to your amenorrhe. I would like to see that you have a work up for other endocrinological dysfunctions though given that you have a headache as well as amenorrhea. This would start with some blood work.
