i took carin loratadine 10mg for my cold this morning at 10 am.it is 2pm  now and my cold got worse.shld i take another tablet.am an adult?

Better not: it's only 4 hours apart, and the regular dose is every 24 hours, more than that should be directed by a physician. For your cold symptoms you can try decongestants, if not contraindicated as if having high blood pressure, and pain killers as acetaminophen, in addition to rest fluids, salt water gargles and saline nasal washes, if no improvement, see your doctor, good luck

JUST SWITCH: No you can just switch. Some people cannot tolerate Remeron (mirtazapine) and Elavil is completely different.

Unlikely: You likely have a cold and the Tb test is incidental.  The test agent is not live and thus should not cause any systemic symptoms.

Psychologic  effect: By acid, I assume you mean LSD.  LSD can produce psychological effects and altered sense of reality.  Remember the Beatles song Lucy in the Sky With Diamonds? The song is reportedly describes the effects of LSD.  While it is not physically additive, using LSD on a regular basis, the hallucinogenic effect of drug can make it difficult for the user to have any normal sense of reality.  So avoid use.
