It's OK-It's Organic: Are you referring to 2-hydroxypropane-1,2,3-tricarboxylic acid [CH2(COOH)COH(COOH)CH2(COOH)] ?-or perhaps 4-methylbenzenesulfonic acid [CH3C6H4SO3H]?I guess what I'm trying to say is that there are so many, some OK,some not OK and others VERY not OK-would be hard to say,but if you stick to citric acid in fruit and maybe 5% acetic acid in vinegar you'll be OK.
