Yes, but?: Amicar (aminocaproic acid) is used to stop bleeding in surgery, it only has a half life of 2 hours, so nearly all gone in 12 hours. It would not be used continually or on a regular basis, so would not affect any other medication taken after 12 hours following its use. But why did you take it? Was it given to you during surgery? If so, it is long out of your system by now.

No: The condition of being allergic is certainly an inherited property.  Often, that tendancy is greater in children whose biological mother has allergies.  However, specific allergy is generally not thought to be inherited.  That is, a parent can be allergic to food, and their children allergic to pollen or insect stings.

Lots of Stiuff: Fortified soy milk for beginners.  Dark leafy greens like spinach, kale, turnips, and collard greens. Fortified orange juice. Sardines. Enriched breads, grains, and waffles.

Yes: Just please give the medication according exactly to the dosing and weight guidelines on the package. The allergy medicine is an antihistamine. Ibuprofen is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory and anti-pyretic (fever reducer) medication.

Yes and no: If all citrus cause symptoms then you are allergic to an allergen shared by all.  On the other hand, some people are only allergic to one and not to another  and others just the allergen in the peel and not the "meat".  Citric acid is a chemical and not an allergen but may sting the skin a little and thus would not bother you when present in a skin lotion.

Depends: Several factors here.  I usually never recommend it if the family is attached to the pet, but if it is causing severe symptoms, you should sequester the animal out of the bedrooms and living spaces.  Then make sure you thoroughly rid those areas of cat dander as it is a potent and tenacious allergen.

Sometimes: But not all the time. Nasal allergies are not a frequent cause of a really bad persistent cough. In a child with allergies and a really bad cough (assuming no fever) I would be concerned about a reactive airway/asthma type condition. If the child also had eczema I would be even more concerned.
