More : More important than skin care products are plenty of rest, a diet rich in fruits and vegetables, avoiding smoking and alcohol, and regular exercise. My grandmother lived to be in her 90's, and always had flawless skin. She used oil of olay every night before bed. I do the same. Another trick a very famous model told me once is that vaseline near the corners of the eyes every night works well to prevent crow's feet. I do this as well. Lastly, if you see someone with fantastic skin, ask them what their regimen entails. All the best!

Healthy eating: 5-7 servings of fruits and vegetables a day. 3-5 ounces of lean meat, chicken or fish as protein, or eggs, or 1 cup of milk. Complex carbohydrates in the form of whole grains, should make up 1/4 of your plate servings. 1/2 your plate should be fresh fruits and or vegetables. And 1/4 of your plate should be protein. Beans and legumes are also healthy carbohydrates. Avoid too much fat, fried foods.

Read labels first: It's best to carefully read the labels on whatever you're eating or drinking. Some flavored "water beverages" have artificial sweeteners in them, like sucralose and aspartame. Vitamin supplements: The best way to quantify the amount of vitamins needed is to determine if there is a deficiency or if supplementation is to maintain normal values. 5000 mcg of biotin will be acceptable for your age if you are deficient of Biotin. Practice = perfect: Early ejaculation is a common problem that stems from the sensitive nature of the penis and genital area.  There are several ways around it. Practice stopping all motion when you feel the urge to ejaculate. You can wear a condom to eliminate some of the sensation and avoid vigorous intercourse. Use a lubricant to reduce friction too. Patience and practice will pay off for you and your partner.
