Don't drink the water without boiling, adding bleach, or using water purification tablets. You can find guidelines for water purification on the cdc website.

Minimal risk: The virus survives outside living cells only from few hours to few days, so any virus on shipped products is most likely dead. General precautions, such as good hand washing, are always recommended.

That's a big dose: A normal person (without biotin deficiency) eating a well-balanced diet can be just fine without buying additional biotin supplements. The NIH reports: no recommended dietary allowance (RDA) for biotin; but adequate intakes for biotin are 7mcg for infants, 8mcg for children aged 1-3 yrs, 12mcg for 4-8 yrs, 20mcg for 9-13 yrs, 25mcg for 14-18 yrs, 30mcg over 18 yrs, 35mcg for breastfeeding women.

Diabetes check : Yes, you can buy a glucose meter. Check your sugar at home. I sure you can go to Kings Plaza mall in Brooklyn and get one ( stay away from the cookie store at the bottom of the elevator)  If your sugar is greater than 125 in the morning before eating you probably have diabetes.

: Wash the bags if washable and air those out. Putting toiletries in the bags is unlikely to be harmful.

Custom splint: Dentists who specialize in TMJ interventions provide custom made splints which are fitted to each individual.  Amazon has generic splints which may or may not properly align mouth and jaw.  In other words, this is a question of quality and specificity vrs. assemblyline low cost factors.  Hopefully, your dentist could better explain the differences.

Nope: If you are trying to prevent an std, you need material that prevents the transmission of even very tiny microscopic bacteria or viruses. If the product has cotton in it, it is not likely going to be an adequate barrier to protect from stds.
