Call your locals...: Call your local health department, paramedic services etc... Every town has some type of emergency plan and so calling your municipal offices to find out.
If in very remote location, you should plan/purchase some type of emergency kits...Often available at local pharmacies etc..Or even online...
If you are new to the town, ask, ask, ask..

noticed 2 of sons hold breath in sleep 3yr 8yr what can cause this i'm waiting for app at hospital but worried what should i watch for in mean time?

Duration ?: Brief pauses of up to 15 seconds are common in sleep and of little importance. An 8 yo who is snoring at the time may have some sleep issues but these usually decline with age. If the 3 yo is snoring, it will likely worsen and consideration of tonsil and or adenoid removal is justified. If either has prolonged pauses &gt; 20 sec, evaluation for sleep apnea should be undertaken.

my child had hsp a month ago i'm checking urine and there is + blood sign, she has app on 27 th in hospital, should i wait?

Maybe: The presence of blood i the urine is common with HSP and usually indicates some irritation of blood vessels in the kidneys if the test was clear before and a new finding, the urine is visibly red, there is also protein in the urine, or this has progressed from a trace to a large amount, i would call in and see if they might want to do some confirmatory tests before your recheck are recheck earlier.

Your question: Is not clear, dear. Did you have cancer or you mean family history? Have u seen a doc yet?  What's the delay about? Breast cancer tends not to be painful and is not common in young women like you but you definitely need evaluation. The squeaky wheel gets the grease so squeak away until you are evaluated and make it a point to ask your docs where you stand in the work up and what their thoughts are.

developed a swollen lump on the left side of my groin & it's grown fast and is painful. 3cm. unsure if it's a gland or not. have also had muscle & joint pain in the last few days. should i go to the hospital now or wait  for dr. app tomorrow?

Depends: If having any fevers, drainage , or worsening of the pain and or increase in size with streaking redness, then you should go to the emergency department now, however, if the above symptoms have stabilized( meaning they have not worsened, then you should make your doctor's appointment tomorrow, I hope this helps

Gyn exam: If they are doing a proper exam - yes this will likely do a "bimanual" exam which includes inserting a finger or more into your vagina  - HOWEVER - a good physician will discuss what they are planning on doing and explain the procedure and go at the rate you feel comfortable.   Be honest  - explain your situation and i am confident it will go well.
