No: No, it is made up of carbon, hydrogen, and oxygen.  There is no aluminum in the compound.  It is added in small amounts to Tums (calcium carbonate) and antacids as a flavoring agent, giving them a tart taste.

i think im lactose , how can i get test to be sure its that . lately ive had a lot of dairy sometimes im fine and others im not . pooing/sore tum?

U can tell yourself: Lactose intolerance is related to an absence of the enzyme to digest the lactose. Symptoms will depend on  how much you ingest at one setting. Milk contains a lot, so you can have bloating, cramping, acid poop. Sharp cheddar cheese has very little, so it created no problems in most. Read labels &amp; avoid lactose for a while, if symptoms disappear  you likely have it. A formal test  is not needed

C MD: Find out what the problem is; could be esophagitis (inflamed foodpipe), stomach or duodennal inflammation or ulcer, or bigger problem.  Antacids like maalox (aluminum/magnesium hydroxide), or peptobismol (bismuth subsalicylate) may help. Stronger meds loke Omeprazole (prilosec otc) may help. Don't use for more than 2 wks w/o seeing md to make sure not a serious problem.  Cut out coffee, spicy food.

: Yes. If you are dealing with stomach acid issues you should consider avoiding caffeine or nicotine or laying down after meals. If this is a constant issue over the counter acid reducers like omeprazole can be taken daily.

For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.
