Bloating, belching: You may have acqired a stomach infection or parasite, e.g. H. pylori.  You do need to see a doctor about this and get some tests done to find out why you are having trouble.

See you MD: You need to get a complete history and physical, laboratory testing, diagnostic imaging as well as possible endoscopy to evaluate the source of your distress. Perhaps dietary restrictions may be at fault but other more serious causes should be excluded first such as pancreatitis, malabsorption, hepatitis, and/tumors.

Possibly: Excess fiber and not enough fluids. Remember, anything with caffeine or alcohol dehydrates and therefore creates an imbalance of fiber and fluids. Drink 80-100 ounces caffeine free/alcohol free fluid daily and eat a high fiber diet. If you are eating properly you do not need fiber supplements as this may cause an excess fiber and can lead to gas pains, cramping and constipation.

Gas/constipation : This could be from constipation. Are you staying well hydrated?  Be sure to eat slowly - it takes about 20 minutes for your stomach to catch up to your satiety level. Be careful about gas-inducing foods (such as beans, cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, prunes, apricots, sweeteners, dairy, whole grains). If you've already tried a bunch of OTC medicines, it is best to see your doctor. Best wishes!
