hi, i have acid reflux problem. im taking nexium (esomeprazole) 1 tablet every  day. aloe vera  juice  and coconut  water  is good for that ?

DGL: DGL is licorice w/an enzyme removed which could raise BP if taken over a long period of time.  DGL is used as a natural replacement for acid blockers.  It coats the stomach and esophagus.  Peace and good health.  If you are on an acid blocker and switch (ask doc first) you may have a rebound effect for a while.

is green coconut water bad for teeth? is it acidic?

: Unsweetened coconut water has 9.5 grams of sugar and sweetened coconut water has 18 gram of sugar. Two or three cups of    
  unsweetened coconut is good but no more.  Sweetened coconut water is bad for teeth ,too much sugar. and both can cause an increase in potassium levels but are low in calories and sodium.

can some table salt(sodium chloride) be mixed wid fresh unsweetened coconut water safely to make electrolyte drink?can this fix the low sodium/high potassium makeup of coconut water?and make it better balanced in getting sodium&potassium chloride?

: Adding table salt to fresh coconut water will not be harmful, but just adding an occasional balanced electrolyte drink like Gatorade or Pediolyte will restore any unbalance in sodium/potassium without altering the taste of the coconut water.

i just used regular coconut scented lotion on a rash. can i also use aloe vera lotion on top of that to help heal it?

Aloe Vera: Yes, you can use both products together. Most people use aloe gel topically, as a remedy for skin conditions including burns, sunburn, frostbite, psoriasis, and cold sores. Some people also use aloe gel to help surgical wounds and bedsores heal faster. There is some science supporting these uses. Some chemicals in aloe gel seem to be able to increase circulation in the tiny skin blood vessels.

is it possible to reduce or smoothen fordyce spots by using coconut oil or aloe vera gel ? coz some of my spots are starting to become bumpy and i wanna smoothen it out?

Fordyce spots.:  Fordyce spots are normal. I don't believe that Aloe Vera Gel or coconut oil would remove them.

Probably: An oil is more fluid than a gel. With the gel your hair may feel more sticky.
