i have been using aloe vera gel and lotions and hydrogel gel but i'm still experiencing pain...its been four weeks.
i now have headaches and muscle spasms at night?

: See a wound care specialist or burn center. Your spasms  are concerning for  a mineral deficiency that occurs with generalized burns. See a doctor

i am currently using brevoxyl and my skin gets kinda irritated ..can i use an aloe vera gel after i apply the peroxide to make the irritation go away?

Options: Firstly, you should apply any acne medicine 30 minutes after cleansing and no more than a pea-sized drop in total.  If irritation is still occurring then you may want to not use benzoyl peroxide.  Gel products are drying, and creams are less.  Another option is to cleanse, apply a non comedogenic, oil-free moisturizer like cereve lotion, then wait 30 minutes and apply your acne product over that.
