May be: There is nothing magical about coconut oil. Any oil will provide similar benefit.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.

No: Massage is not likely to affect hair loss. You may wish to try topical rogaine (minoxidil).

No such thing: There is no such oil or over the counter product.  Many people in the world use a medication known as Finasteride to help delay or postpone male pattern baldness.

See a dermatologist: Decrease stress. Eat a healthy balance diet which includes protein. Have thyroid levels and iron stores checked. See a dermatologist for evaluation and work-up. Topical Minoxidil twice a day is the only proven remedy to thicken hair. However, this treatment it is not appropriate for everyone (given the warnings, precautions, and contraindications). See and discuss options with a dermatologist.

At age 18, “severe rapid hair fall” seems to indicate recent traumatic experience in your life or a medical condition.
Having proper Diagnosis and Treatment will help to prevent baldness.
Please see your Physician first who can then refer you to a Dermatologist and a Psychiatrist as needed.

No problem: There is no problem using Minoxidil on the scalp since it is not absorbed and may well not be effective due to your use of the drug tacrolimus. You may need to discuss switching from tacrolimus to Cyclosporine with your transplant team. By the way, Cyclosporine causes excessive hair growth - this is one of its side effects!

Psych meds hair loss: Hair loss can occur rarely with prozac. After the drug is stopped it will usually grow back but there are times where it can be permanent. Haldol (haloperidol) causes hair thinning on a rare occasion. One out of every 100 to 1, 000 people on zyprexa will experience some degree of hair loss. Even over the counter drugs such as Cimetidine and ranitidine can do the same. I recommend that you discuss discuss this issue with your treatment provider and also get a dermatologic consultation.
