On occasion, these products can lead to allergic reactions ranging from localized contact dermatitis to very rarely life-threatening anaphylaxis.

See an allergist: People refer to a lot of things as allergy, even though they may not be. Discussion with an allergist will help determine whether the reaction was truly allergic, and if it was, your allergist can perform skin patch testing to see to which of the components of the cream your husband may be reacting.

Possible: yes: But, as a physician can not advise you to use it as fda has determined that it may longer be effective after the expiry date.

Triple trouble: I don't know of any cross-reactivity between sulfa and triple antibiotic ointments (combo of neomycin, polymyxin and bacitracin) however it is important to know that contact allergy to these antibiotics particularly neomycin is very common.

Several possibilitie: You may be experiencing an allergic or hypersensitivity reaction to the tattoo pigments or it may simply be the triple antibiotic. Bacitracin (one of the components of triple antibiotic cream) is commonly responsible for triggering skin reactions. I contact your tattoo artist,  stop triple antibiotics and apply Hydrocortisone ointment 2-3 times a day -i f there is no improvement in 5 days, call md.

Dryness: I believe the best treatment and preventative measure would be to rub a tiny amount of Vaseline in both nostrils each night. Avoid decongestant nasal sprays and excess air conditioning. Hopefully you don't smoke. See an Otolaryngologist as needed.

: It sounds like it can in your case. The use of antibiotic creams may alter the normal vaginal flora and cause fungal infections that may behave very much with symptoms as you described and seeing your doc, ideally a gynecologist if established, would be best at this point.

can you combine topical steroid cream and topical triple antibiotic ointment together? and if so, do i wait between applying triamcinolone and the antibiotic ointment, or apply the ointment immediately after the steroid?

: You can mix the two, however, the concentration of active ingredients in both will get diluted and may need to apply the mixture more liberally.

Molluscum?: Fordyce spots are not likely to get infected. If it happens, it has nothing to do with "not taking care of myself". Maybe just a pimple. Maybe molluscum contagiosum, usually sexually transmitted. See a doctor soon.

There : There are several possibilities including psoriasis, eczema, lichen planus, and skin allergy.  I would recommend that you only use a gentle cleanser when cleaning your hands (like cerave or cetaphil), and use a moisturizer cream such as aquaphor, cetaphil, eucerin, or cetaphil cream twice daily.  If not better after a week or so, consider a trip to a dermatologist who can make an accurate diagnosis and formulate a good treatment plan for you.  You might need a steroid cream/ointment to clear this up. I hope that helps!
