Reply: Baby's skin is very sensitive. Especially face is exposed to many topical irritants like saliva, rubbing their faces on clothes while being held, face wipes. It's very common to have dry flaky skin on face in babies. Try to keep the face moisturized all the time, used damp washcloth to tap dry the face after feeds, use shoulder towel while carrying, see his dr. As needed.

I'll clarify: This is called the laminar flow unit which is often used when handling sterile products and is not practical for most people due to noise, airflow, etc. If you have dust mite allergy, reducing the indoor humidity to 35-50% will be far more effective than any HEPA. If you have a mold allergy, attack the source of water.   HEPA is usually a poor investment since it rarely makes much of  a difference
