Cortisone cream: Clean the feet well with soap and water and then apply a cortisone cream.

i had a allergic reaction to risperdal and robutsin and i drinked the equate day time cold and the equate night time cold and flu. and i havent gotten a allergic reaction from it and i was asking could i use the equate nasal spray ?

Equate spray: Both the Equate Cold and Flu and the Equate nasal spray contain phenylephrine which can act as a stimulant. Check with your pharmacist to learn whether it's ok to use both products simultaneously.

i have a swollen face (allergic reaction to pollen, dander etc). i take cetrizine and beclometasone (nasal spray). how long before it works?

Hours to days: Those medications can start working within an hour or so, but with your symptoms of getting facial swelling from such an allergic reaction, it may take days before the "puffiness" from the allergies goes down.  If no resolution, see an allergist.  Best wishes.

i just started using biotene mouth spray to clean my tongue piercing & now i have bumps on the bottom of my tongue , can it be an allergic reaction ?

Could be: Biotene contains peppermint oil and  egg\ milk bi products so if you have an allergy to either,  don't use biotene.   Biotene is used to treat xerostomia and is not used to cleanse tissues in the mouth.  Try  listerine or hydrogen peroxide.  If the bumps persist,  see a dentist for an exam.

im getting the covid vaccine in 3 days and my cousin just told me i should stop taking zyrtec, famotidine, dymista nasal spray & my asthma inhaler 3 days before the vaccine. something to do with it delaying an allergic reaction? is there any truth?

COVID 19 vaccine: I found several articles addressing this but none from CDC. “CDC is warning people to hold off on taking Tylenol or Motrin (NSAIDs) before getting a COVID-19 vaccination.”  REF: https://www.wtrf.com/news/health/coronavirus/cdc-gives-guidance-on-motrin-and-tylenol-with-covid-19-vaccine/ * Some doctors. have recommended against antihistamines beforehand but I have not seen CDC comments on this.

No: A high spf sunscreen can help to prevent sunburn but spray tan will not.

Avoid it: Meanwhile a topical Hydrocortisone cream may hasten recovery.

Spray tan: is considered safe. Much safer than tanning beds or overexposure to sun.

They could: Spray tans contain various chemicals which could cause allergic rashes if you are sensitive to those chemicals. The rash may take a day or two to appear.
