Unusual: Allergic reactions to food , except for red meat, usually occurs within 2 hours after ingestion. However I would urge you to see an allergist to get tested before you touch crab again.   Usually the earlier the onset , the more severe the reaction. But delayed anaphylaxis (2-8 hrs later) can also be life-threatening.

Allergy or not: Could be a shellfish allergy, but she'll fish in some people can directly release limited amounts of histamine causing mild skin symptoms usually quantity related. Check with your pcp or a board certified allergist.

Difficult to answer: Seafood includes shellfish and fish.  Shellfish includes mollusks and crustaceans.  You describe being able to eat a sea dwelling fish (tuna) and a crustacean (shrimp).  Therefore you are not allergic to seafood.  Lobsters and crabs are crustaceans and share the same allergy inducing protein tropomyosin. It does not appear you are allergic to that  or you would have had trouble with shrimp.

Check with your doc: Blood testing for allergies has become much more accurate. Check with your doc if you should have some screening.

Not likely. : You have a shellfish allergy and the fish oils in the vit don't contain shellfish oil. Very important for you to take these vits.

: The trigger could be anything consumed at the same time. Any seasoning on the item/the meat/the wrap contents/etc.

Doubt it's been stud: I strongly doubt it's been studied scientifically, but like anything else (particularly during pregnancy) moderation is the key. Don't do anything that could endanger your fetus, because you only get one chance with no "do-overs". After delivery you can go hog (or crab meat) wild.
