Normal: Those lab resuts are fine. A low alkaline phosphatase has no significance.

Lab tests: I do not know why you had the lab tests but they are NOT an indication of cancer. You need to ask the physician who ordered the tests of the significance of them

my wife had a lumpectomy for breast cancer 1b stage and radiation 5 years ego. she is finishing her 5 year anastrozole on 11/01/21. as i reported already her alkaline phosphatase is 122( lab high norm is 100) ggt - normal. can med. cause increase?

No: Yellow stools can have to do with many other things.  It is difficult to diagnose pancreatic cancer based on the color of stool.  A CT scan will be very helpful.  Other things would be lab tests such as CEA and CA 19-9.  In addition, the CT scan should be a triple phase CT which will improve detection.  Yellow stools can also be related to pancreatic insufficiency, not cancer.

Continue the wt loss: Not sure what is PSC, but your obesity (I'm assuming obesity by your weight, but I don't have your height for confirmation) can cause your fatty liver which can cause your LFT abnormalities. Work with your primary clinician on your weight loss while continuing to monitor your LFTs. Hope that helps

Rheumatologist: These highly specialized lab values are often ordered when looking for certain autoimmune disorders. Most primary care physicians are not so familiar with these tests and I feel that a rheumatologist is best qualified to evaluate the specific patient,then order the appropriate tests and interpret them. In other words, the significance of your tests have to be interpreted considering your symptoms.

Find the cause: If you're growing or pregnant, your alkaline phosphatase will be way-high. About 5% of older folks have high alkaline phosphatase that never causes trouble. Many folks get a high alk phos just from having eaten. If you are otherwise healthy, stop worrying about it.

Nothing,on just one: Test. Have it repeated after a couple of weeks. An isolated result like that means very little. However a high result indicate a bone or a liver problem, but, as far as i know, a low result means nothing.
