Back pain: Recurrent back pain may be from some anatomical abnormality in the back bones and joints. Consider having the back imaged with X-ray and MRI to get an idea about your back

Need to see doctor: If you are having chonic watery and especially bloody diarrhea with pain, you need to see your doctor. This means your symptoms are either out of control or you are having a Crohn's flare-up and need Rx meds. Do you have a doctor you see on a regular basis for your Crohn's? Are you or have you been on Rx meds for the Crohn's before? How was your Crohn's diagnosed?

Age: The size of the uterus changes with age and even thru the different stages of the menstrual cycle. Since you don't give your age, it is hard to say whether this is normal or not. The Depo may also have contributed to this. Most pathologic changes make the uterus larger rather than smaller. Discuss this with the person who ordered the ultrasound to know for sure whether this is a problem or not.

So you can't transmit the rabies virus to your wife by exposing the lesion to her genital organ.

It could: Cravat is a brand name for ciprofloxacin. The main side effects of antibiotics is GI upset. They can kill the bacteria in the gut as well as the area that you intended. Probiotics help repopulate the gut and will reduce the incidence of diahrrea.  Talk to your doc about your anxieties.

Amitiza (lubiprostone) &amp; thyroid: Amitiza (lubiprostone) can cause joint pain. How long have you been on this med?
When was the last time your thyroid was checked? If real recent, was the blood work normal? Hypothyroidism can cause muscle spasms&amp; joint pain even neuropathy type symptoms in the limbs.  Drinking tonic H2O or club soda, which contains quinine; eating 1Tbsp mustard, or drinking apple cider vinegar may help muscles w/o prescription.
