Hearing test: Lloyds chemists have nothing to do with a hearing test. You should never rely on a hearing test without intervention of an ENT specialist (Ear-Nose and Throat specialist), especially if it's your first time getting a diagnosis. Lloyd's is specialized however in hearing aids. Get your ear exam and audiogram from ENT not the supplier of the Hearing Aid that they will sell you, conflict of interest.

Unsure: There are only a couple of fda approved home HIV test kits.  Lloyds may just be distributing a test for another company. You should go on-line and specifically see if an fda approval has been issued for the name of the manufacturer. Make sure you test exactly as stated, no exceptions. Follow instructions explicitly for the results to be meaningful.

Each to his own: Each person has a different way to sneeze, just like each person has a different voice loudness and pitch, as well as a different cough intensity and pattern. Some of the loudness is a learned behavior as well.

HIV viral load: As long as you have an undetectable viral load you cannot transmit HIV to someone else. It's important to monitor your viral load on a regular basis by following the directions of your Infectious Disease specialist. If you are taking medications, be sure not to miss any doses.

It's Possible: Overproducing acid has a few causes. Genetics can play a role as well as bacterial infection of h. Pylori. Lifestyle changes may also help; such as avoiding spicy food and reducing stress. You can also see a dr who is trained in osteopathic manipulation in which they can examine possible structural causes. Speak with your doctor and see if you can address the cause rather then just the symptoms.

: At 2 years after exposure a negative 4th gen DUO test is sufficient. You do not need more tests.

every 2ish months, ill do an awkward move thatll cause my knee to lock, then pop really loud which results in me falling down. im able to walk afterwards usually with a little limp and after 2-3 days im good. 5 yrs now, is this cause for concern?

Hopefully okay, but: A person should go to the ER or see her own doctor if she:  vomits more than once, loses consciousness more than 30 seconds, has a headache getting worse over time, has changes in her behavior such as getting irritable, has changes in coordination such as clumsiness, is confused such as difficulty recognizing people or places, or has changes in speech.
