: This is normal. Exercise and alcohol may both increase blood flow thru them and they are bigger and more easily seen,  I would ask other men in your family if they also have a similar normal finding.

Depends: Acute alcohol intoxication can cause acidosis. The effect blood gases from chronic alcoholism would depend on the end-organ damage. Cirrhosis with marked ascites may cause respiratory acidosis. Hepato-renal failure may result in metabolic acidosis.

Atherosclerosis: No evidence to support omega 3 os able to do so.UR however right to be concerned so please consult a medical professional for risk assessment and management

Ativan: I would recommend waiting 12 hours before mixing alcohol with ativan.. There is still some risk with driving even after 12 hours. Bottom line: don't drink alcohol when taking ativan and then drive.

is it possible that my dad is telling me the truth when he says he developed flush face from alcohol at 50 year old or its likely he always had alcohol intolerance?

Odd statement: We cannot assess whether or not you dad would lie to you about anything. We cannot state whether or not the alcohol or something else in the drink it came it would cause his face to flush at any specific age. If he chose to stop drinking alcohol at that point that was his decision. Whether or not you drink as an adult is your decision.
