Air-Trapping: Air trapping means: your lungs don't deflate completely and need a longer time to exhale. Pursed lip breathing helps to lengthen your exhale. Pace yourself during exertion: when short of breath, remember to exhale not inhale. Your lungs tend to want to inhale because of shortness of breath. Calm yourself and exhale 1 sec in/3 sec out. Also anxiety tends to worsen that. Yoga is highly recommended!
