can air trapping be caused by pneumonia?

Sometimes: If air trapping predated pneumonia (asthma or COPD) patient may have underlying  condition that could lead to superimposed pneumonia. Pneumonia may exist with area of compensatory hyperaeration which is not air trapping,. Viral pneumonia certainly can be associated with air trapping. Common bacterial pneumonias usually are not air trapping.

: It is best that you see a medical professional so you could be evaluated. Trapped air means that you may have obstruction in the outflow of air like in asthma or what is called COPD, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease. They are both treatable with medication/inhalers.

Air-Trapping: Air trapping means: your lungs don't deflate completely and need a longer time to exhale. Pursed lip breathing helps to lengthen your exhale. Pace yourself during exertion: when short of breath, remember to exhale not inhale. Your lungs tend to want to inhale because of shortness of breath. Calm yourself and exhale 1 sec in/3 sec out. Also anxiety tends to worsen that. Yoga is highly recommended!

Air trapping: Air can get trapped in part of lung by obstruction to airway or bronchus. The obstruction usually acts as ball valve allowing air in but not out. The obstruction can be plug of mucus in asthma and cystic fibrosis, a foreign body  such as peanut in airway, or aspiration of food when drunk or neurologically challenged. Some people with emphsema the air cells themselves are not able to empty (copd).

Yes and possible: Yes, air can get trapped in the vagina and also make its way out.  I imagine that this could be "uncomfortable".  Based on the dicomfort, though, it would be best to go in for an exam and see what is going on.  Ask if there is any sign of vaginal prolapse.

Air trapping is: usually caused by asthma, reactive airways disease, or bronchitis.  Inflammation of the tiny airways leading to the alveoli get clogged or narrowed, which traps the air inside the alveoli.  This is usually reversible by decreasing the inflammation in the bronchioles with steroids, anti-inflammatories, and bronchodilators.

how do you get the pain to stop when air is trapped in your tear duct?

Tear duct pain: I would try over the counter pain meds, for example, acetaminophen or ibuprofen. Also a warm compress to the area may be helpful. If these don't help, I would seek care with an ophthalmologist sooner than later.
