Visit ER or doctor: A person with air going into the skin after a nose bruising may have a cracked bone at the nose or sinuses. If he has trouble moving or closing an eye, if pain is significant, or there is watery liquid dripping from the nostril, he should see a doctor right away. Otherwise, a next-day visit with his primary or ENT doctor is needed. Meanwhile, he avoids blowing his nose. Antibiotics likely needed.

No: Swollen eyelids indicate irritation, infection, allergic reaction, etc.  Need to have it to checked out if does not resolve or worsens
in someone young, higher chance for being a stye, or a bite or allergic reaction if otherwise healthy and no trauma.

Infection: What it sound like you may have a infection in the eyelid called stye. Warm compress might give some relief. Antibiotic ointments might be useful.
Resistant bubbles some times need to be lanced by Ophthalmalogist.

Space: There is an an anatomical space between your eyeball and lid. This is filled with tissue that acts as a shock absorber.

Glaucoma test: The "air puff" test is just a method to measure the pressure inside your eyeball.  High pressures may require additional work up.  Without medication or surgical intervention, you cannot lower you eye pressure to "pass" the test.

Allergies: If the filter on the air condition is not changed as scheduled or the air vents are not clean you could be having allergy symptoms.  Try over the counter allergy eye drops and or allergy tablets.  If that is not enough to help with your symptoms, you may need a small air cleaner next to you.

Depends: Depends on the distance from the eye, the pressure in the can and any contaminants in the can.  If very powerful, fully loaded and close up, one might do siginficant damage.   A single casual blast of canned air perhaps might do no harm and be of no consequence.  I would caution to avoid this activity or risk.

Inside or outside ey: The symptoms may be a problem on the outside of the eye rather the inside of the eye.  It may be tendons on the muscles the turn the eye from side to side. I can't say for sure but this can be evaluated by your ophthalmologist as a start.
