Very doubtful: AHCC (active hexose correlated compound, an extract of certain mushrooms) is being studied for its effect in cancer, various viral infections, and other conditions. It's in very early research. From what I know, I would not expect it to be any better than other currently available treatments for HPV, and I doubt it will offer permanent cure. If effective at all, it's years away.

You are early DM: Hba1c measures the sugar content of your blood over the last 3 months.  If this value is >6.49, you have diabetes.  

You are getting close.  If you are overweight, lose weight.  Go see your doctor about this.  You may already have diabetes.....

Core strengthening: While it may sound counter-intuitive, making the muscles in your back and stomach stronger with core strengthening exercises can help back pain. Search for core strengthening exercises online or see a physical therapist and do them consistently. Other things that can help are massage, topical balms (like aspercreme), tylenol (acetaminophen) and anti-inflammatories.

OTC: medication- I usually suggest either Tyklenol or Advil/Aleve if you are not allergic to these products-the achy sensation is usually a sign of something else going on, so see your physician if not improved within 3 days.

Early arthritis : Possibly you have early arthritis, osteo or rheumatoid. It could also be from overuse. Take hot shower to loosen ip. Do detaching exercises. Use it or lose it. Do you take statin drugs? Could also be other types of arthritis.

Analgesics: Tylenol (acetaminophen) is the safest medication within the accepted dose range. Heat and massage may also help. Otherwise it depends on the cause.
