Age of flossing: I would suggest use of a waterpik and good brushing is even more effective than the use of floss and brushing.  Either was, when the dentition is complete (not well related to age), that would be a good time.

Flossing : Flossing should be supervised by a parent at that age.  I suggest you do it first and then let him do it after you.  Consider using a floss holder if he is not able to get the floss through his teeth by himself.

Around 6 years: Typically, children start losing their baby teeth around 6 years of age and they continue to do so till about 12- 13 years. The teeth typically are lost in the same sequence as they erupt unless they are lost as a result of decay or an accident.

Children : Children under the age of six are not able to properly rinse and spit.  They just swallow.  Mouth was is entirely not needed.  Flossing is not needed either, since baby teeth typically have spaces between them.  You can encourage flossing, just to develop  a good habit when our child is closer to the age of six, since this is when the baby teeth will start falling out and the adult teeth come in.
Concentrate on brushing his teeth and having him brush with you, so that the proper habits are developed.
For your specific circumstances, consult with your pediatric dentist, since i can only give you a general answer without examining your son.

when is it safe to let your child brush their teeth? i've seen the labels on children's toothpaste that says children under six shouldn't use it. does that mean children under that age shouldn't use the toothpaste, or is that the age where i can let them

The : The toothpastes are not made for consumption. Can your child brush and understand to spit out the toothpaste when they are finished?

You did not mention which toothpaste had such a label. Monitor your child when they brush their teeth until you feel comfortable that they will not swallow the toothpaste.

Every : Every child is different and I do not think you can put a specific age on this.

Since he wants to do it on his own, watch him and see how he does. You can by disclosing tablets at your pharmacy that stain the bacteria. In this way you can see if he missed anything.

Symptoms ???: Genetic counseling and testing is advised if there is a strong family history of the disorder.  
Call for an appointment with your health care provider if there is persistent weakness or decreased sensation in the feet or legs.

Depends upon: Is there fever? A rash? Irritability? If any of these are present or the baby is in distress you should see the doctor right away. If none of the above then try suctioning  the nose a few times a day. But if no better again see your doctor.

No: Your adult teeth do not regrow.  Your wisdom teeth may be erupting If you feel like you have teeth "regrowing" in the back of your mouth.
