Leg pain: The diagnosis will vary if unilateral leg affected vs. both at the same time. Observe for redness, swelling and fever, moderate limping. Usually, it is musculo-skeletal
from activities in this active age group. Can try a trial of Advil or aleve every 8-12 hrs. If above symptoms arise, or continues with pain past 3-5 d, should be checked by your pediatrician. "Growing pains " are usually at nite.

i have crohn's disease and been on budesonide 9mg for 6 week. i've had severe right leg pain for 5 week, its hard to walk. can budesonide cause this?

Possibly, so ask Dr: I'll give a link to a long list of side effects, but definitely ask your doctor and try to find an alternative treatment. In addition to medical procedures and rx, you might find some additional support in cbt therapy or learning meditation/relaxation skills. i had a hysterectomy at age 30, 8 years ago now, july 2019 had my ovaries, fallopian tubes removed. hrt for few years now, terrible side effects, so had to stop. endometriosis still persists, my leg pain is horrible its hard to walk and sit?

HRT side effects ?
: HRT after hysterectomy and bilateral ovarian removal can activate endometriosis implants unaffected by removal of ovarian function, causing severe pelvic pain.  Leg pain can be associated with clots, also possible secondary to HRT.  See your gyn provider, who may recommend stopping HRT and other potential tests for leg pain, at least for time to reduce endometriosis remainders.

Low back pain: It is not uncommon after back surgery to have back pain and stiffness. Stretching exercises, walking, and moist warm heat to aching muscles and ice at night can speed recovery.  It is unlikely that you hurt anything by sitting for a long period of time.

See ortho or neuro: Symptoms suggest disease in low back or locally in right hip and left ankle. Orthopedician can diagnose or guide further.

Medical treatment: You need medical treatment, if your pain is that severe it may be your appendix, your ovary, a renal stone, etc.  See if someone can take you to the er.

had intramuscular injections in buttock on fri. pain is radiating down leg. never had this problem before. no redness. hard to walk.

Shot in butt: Well this is interesting - firstly if the shot was done right then we have to assume its due to swelling and perhaps some bleeding putting pressure on nerve. If the injection was not done right then it may indicate damage to the sciatic nerve.  I would give the person who did the injection a call.

experiencing severe pain at left outer/upper thigh progressing down left leg making it hard to walk and increases with cold compresses. any advice?

Yes: Sounds like an injury to lateral femoral cutaneous nerve called meralgia parasthetica.  Neurontin (gabapentin) is very helpful drug for this condition.
