Seminal fluid: Semen is composed of sperm and multiple secretions from different glands in the male reproductive system.  As the semen sits in the vagina after ejaculation, the fluid becomes thin and watery, which allows the sperm to escape and try to enter the cervix.  This watery fluid will often leak out of the vagina after sex.

Doctor: The only way to distinguish btw different types yeast is to get a yeast culture from your doctor.  Having said that, OTC anit-fungals are going to treat most yeast.  Sometimes women have strains of candida that need to be treated with pills, such as Diflucan (fluconazole). Your home remedies are great, but may not get rid of yeast.  If I were you I would try some OTC anti-fungals for the vagina. 5 or 7 day best

Vaginitis: Please see your doctor to check for infection.  Itching can be caused by yeast infection, trichomonas infection, and discharge can be associated with several other infections.

Risk of HIV ?'s: Any contact with mucus membranes may transmit HIV, but what you describe has minimal risk of transmission.  Ask your sex-worker to show you her medical report for HIV if she has one.  Otherwise, it is best to have yourself checked: ask your physician for the timing and extent of the blood testing.

Some women have ejaculatory fluid which passes from glands near the urethra during climax. Normal.

Bacterial vaginosis?: The most common cause of strong vaginal odor is bacterial vaginosis, an overgrowth of mostly normal bacteria. The odor is often fishy and especially noticeable after sex. Trichomonas, an STD easy to miss with standard testing, also can do it. BV is easily treated with the antibiotic metronidazole. Recheck with your doctor about BV, and maybe also the newer DNA test for trichomonas. Good luck!

Vaginal discharge: Clear post-coital vaginal most likely a mixture of normal vaginal fluids as well as semen. Of course, would've been better for guy to wear condom to minimize risk of pregnancy & sexually transmitted disease. This would also minimize clear discharge later on.

Couple of issues: This could be an infection like trichomoniasis or something else.  If you are using a condom or a lube, it could be an allergic reaction.  I would see your ob/gyn to rule out infection first then it may be necessary to have a gyn visit the morning of or morning after sex, so your gyn can evaluate what is swelling.  Could be a bartholins or skenes gland cyst as well.
