Grief therapy: will help you move on after this terrible loss. It will take time and you will need to be patient with yourself as others will have to be patient with you.   Join a grief support group and/or see a therapist with expertise in grief.  Talk with your friends and family, cry, rage, write. Most important is that you take time before attempting another pregnancy.  I am so sorry for your loss.

More information: One needs more information to adequately answer this question.  At what gestation (weeks) did you miscarry before? 1st tri miscarriages are usually chromosomal or due to problem with placenta.  2nd tri often due to infection. Drs can make sure no balanced translocation, and no blood disorder. Make sure immunizations up to date. A consult with perinatologist is a good idea.

Hard to know: Symptoms of a miscarriage- bleeding and pelvic cramping can happen with a normal pregnancy. If you are having symptoms that concern you call your OB or go the er to be checked.
