: You likely gave a sore in your swallow tube triggered by a scratchy food or acid reflux from your stomach. This can trigger a spasm in the tube which eventually relaxes. An ENT or Gastroenterologist can look down your throat with a camera in a tube to document any foreign object or sore. Most would not consider doing it until they have treated for reflux with no success.

difficulty breathing when eating after every meal/snack. started after 3/10/18 when i got somethingnot sure whatstuck in throat for 2 hours w/out relief. then after eating something my throat felt more blocked & i became faint, w/ chest/back pain?

Could be a problem: with chronic acid reflux into your esophagus causing some scarring at the distal end or actual narrowing of your esophagus (esophageal stricture) trapping food stuff from coming down smoothly.  The reaction of dizziness, with chest and back pain is called a vasovagal response and is caused by your esophagus spasming trying to get the food to go down.  You should see a gastroenterologist (GI) ASAP.

Vibrations in throat: Vibrations in throat and chest after meal type 1 diabetes? ANS: It is not clear by what you mean by vibrations?  I have never heard of this symptom in a patient with Type 1 diabetes.  But if you are saying you have Type 1 diabetes and this problem I would speak to your Dr. about it.  Type 1 can cause neuropathy in many places and even dysphagia-difficulty swallowing.

Throat pain: It is probably not there but scratched your throat while passing. Extra fluids and cold things for couple days and it should be ok.

Go see your doctor: You're not bothering us. Our job is to help you get & stay healthy. It's not clear what's progressively worse w/left arm, neck & shoulder. Pain? Normal ekg isn't enough if you report severe nausea & shortness of breath w/gardening. How about other more strenuous activities? We think heart burn or ulcer if linked to meals but bigger concern is heart disease. Ask your doc about getting stress test.

: Possibilities include ordinary GERD, laryngopharyngeal reflux or postnatal drip from allergies or paranasal sinus mucus drainage. An ENT specialist would be best to evaluate and advise you.

Lump in throat: No. Food in the trachea would cause immediate, severe coughing. Far more dramatic than a lump in the throat. You are mauch more likely to have some issue with you esophagus/stomach. Eat slowly, try some pepto bismol (bismuth subsalicylate) for discomfort. See you primary care doc for an evaluation.(PS if you are taking a lot of ibuprofen, that might be the culprit.)

GI workup: May need to see Gastro-enterologist  , and have 
endoscopy . if not done  and treat with H2A or PPI
type medications

Not exactly sure: What info you are asking for. I will provide some anxiety sxs:  feeling nervous or irritable, muscle tension (especially in neck, shoulders ; back), poor quality or minimal sleep, lack of concentration ; easy fatiguability. Lump in throat or butterfly in stomach sensation can occur.   Do any of these fit?
