Oral allergy syndrom: Oral allergy syndrome (oas) is a type of allergy that occurs in response to contact with food allergens. Some times the allergy is caused by allergic antibody (ige) , some times it is not. Either way, if symptoms are reproducible with each repeated exposure, then you have a food allergy. There is a risk that oas could change or evolve into a more serious reaction such as anaphylaxis.

? Allergy: There have been some case reports of episodes off gross hematuria coinciding with allergy symptoms. This is more so in children. All the common causes of hematuria should be excluded before blaming allergy. May need to see urologist first.

La numbness : This is very interesting  I am wondering if you have a steal phenomenon ( blood flow diversion to your stomach) from a blocked subclavian artery . We need more information such as do pass out when using your arm and under what other circumstances  you experience cp? Perhaps somebody else on the thread can weigh in. Sensitivity: I doubt there is any other reason for this other than an idiosyncratic reactivity to the exposure of your tongue to salt seeing that you report no other unusual reactions to other spices or foods.

Peanut butter: It seems some people have allergies to peanut butter and some people are sensitive to sulfites which can be found in some peanut butter brands and these can cause tachycardia. I haven't seen this in practice but i found reports when researching your question.

Salivary gland stone: Is the only valid explanation to your symptom , pressure build inside your sublingual salivary gland that it's duct is blocked by a stone, that in turn press on nerve endings causes the symptoms.
I would have it checked by your dentist, ct scan or ultrasound may be required ..

From elevated sugars: a common complaint of someone who has diabetes is that they may notice worse numbness tingling after meals (especially high carb/sugar). See a family dr/internist for a work up
