after eating coliflower sometimes i get gas and stomach cramps,  burping is this gastritis, if so what should i do i love vegatables?

Maybe intolerance: Seemingly your belly is just not agreeing with cauliflower. Most people have some degree of disagreement with certain foods. What you described is not gastritis. If you have excessive gas/belching with this, gas-x may help. Also, eat a bit less of this to see if it helps. Fortunately, there are plenty of other veggies around--i like them too. Constipation?: Make sure you have a bowel movement daily and no urinary issues. If no colon or urinary symptoms, then may have scarring from hysterectomy.

Many Causes: You need to see your md if this occurs for prolonged periods routinely. If it is occasional still many causes but check your diet.

Pain relief: Don't eat anything, drink plenty of fluids to prevent dehydration, and try an over the counter anti-inflammatory like Motrin.

: Yes that can be normal. There is quite a varity of symptoms that can be normal after Plan B.

: If you can identify foods that trigger intestinal symptoms, research the Fodmap diet for many foods to avoid. You could also try taking some of our very old intestinal antispasmodic medications like dicyclomine, donnatal or probanthine. These can be taken as needed or as a preventative 1/2 hour before main meals. Discuss with your physician or gastroenterologist.

I am been sick with bad stomach cramps: Many causes of stomach cramps.Do you have nausea/  vomiting? Do you have fever? 
Are bowels normal or discolored ? Diarrhea or constipation? Any rectal or black stools(indicating bleeding up in stomach or bowel) ? Belly bloated?
Location of cramps /pain -lower R could be appendix; R upper could be Gall Bladder or Ulcer.
Are your periods regular or bleeding heavy ?
Could also be IBS-stress related.
