I am been sick with bad stomach cramps: Many causes of stomach cramps.Do you have nausea/ vomiting? Do you have fever? Are bowels normal or discolored ? Diarrhea or constipation? Any rectal or black stools(indicating bleeding up in stomach or bowel) ? Belly bloated? Location of cramps /pain -lower R could be appendix; R upper could be Gall Bladder or Ulcer. Are your periods regular or bleeding heavy ? Could also be IBS-stress related.
