Unlikely: This would not be common.  The sciatic nerve is a very deep structure and injury from im injection would be difficult unless the patient is very thin.  The location if im injection in the gluteus is often in the upper outer region well away from the nerve.

Not a good combination: Both drugs can cause drowsiness so I would not take them together

Sciatica: can be treated in many ways depending on the cause. If there is irritation of the nerve or swelling of the tissues abutting the nerve or nerve roots steroids or NSAIDS can provide rapid relief. If muscle spasm is compressing the nerve antispasmodics can help. If you are not currently under the care of a doctor for this condition, go see somebody tonight.

Possibly: If you use the term sciatic nerve to mean nerve root damage, it depends upon the type of fracture. Sciatic nerve damage would depend upon the location of the fracture as well. You doctor can tell based upon your symptoms, exam, and the images.

Not technically: The sciatic nerve technically is not formed until the buttock region. At this level, there are no nerves that could cause this symptom.   There are nerves however, at the level of the spine, that when pinched may contribute to ed. Check with your spine doctor or urologist to see if they may be related.

seven weeks ago doctor said i have a herniated disc in lower back .and sciatic nerve damage. i did theropy and it hurts worse now. no improvement?

Radiculopathy: Most herniated disks will get better on their own, however if the symptoms worsen after conservative treatment then other methods should be investigated. Surgery is an option when weakness, pain and sensory loss all correlate to the location of the disk herniation. Usually physical therapy, steroid injections and other methods are employed first. Seven weeks is not a long time. But try another way.

i got hit in hockey tuesday night on the back left hip. but now, when ever i walk, (what seems like) my sciatic nerve gets this pain. its not sharp like a knife, but dull with quick onset. its fine when im not walking. what do i do to quick fix?

See answer: Establish a relationship with a dr. And get the area evaluated and properly diagnosed.  Heat, rest, possible NSAID medication may be presribed.  Physical therapy to the area may be helpful.  Follow-up with the dr. Who orders and treats you if not better as the next step may be epidural injections, and or surgery depending on the severity, etc.  Good luck.
