Enamel: You can wear away your teeth enamel from the acid erosion of your teeth. You can also irritate your esophagus from the acid upchuck in the esophagus.  You may also get electrolyte imbalance from vomiting. Please try not to self induce vomiting. Consider professional counseling.

Little difference: The physiologic process of self induced vomiting differs little from involuntary vomiting as both lead to emptying of gastric contents. Involuntary vomiting may be repetitive whereas self induced vomiting usually is a one time process.

Not sure.: This undoubtedly varies across people and depends in part on extent of vomiting.  It's a bit like asking how many cigarettes are too many.  In both cases, the answer is, the sooner you seek help, the more likely you are to get over the problem and avoide later complications.  Trying to limit yourself to one self-induced vomiting a week is definitely not the answer.

yes: High doses of some opioids may decrease n/v by interacting with receptors in the vomiting center, rather than the ctz (chemoreceptor trigger zone ).The relationship between opioids use and n/v is complex. The vomiting center in the medulla oblongata, receives input from 4 areas;
chemoreceptor trigger zone
gi tract
vestibular apparatus -temporal    lobe
cerebral cortex.

i'm on buprenorphine/solpadol, my appetite is crazy, frequent vomitting, feel sick eating (almost force myself to eat). are these normal side effects?

Am not aware of any: combination products in the US which contain buprenorphine and acetaminophen (which is what solpadol) is, but your reaction is not normal for either of them. If this is being prescribed to you, talk to the prescriber and/or your pharmacist. If it's not prescribed, stop and talk to your doctor about getting formal help. Too much tylenol (acetaminophen) can damage your liver and cause these symptoms

hello!! i have to take esomeprazole 20mg once a day for on month but the side effects include vomiting and im deathly afraid of vomiting is it common for that medication to actually cause vomiting?? thank you!?

: Go to Drugs.com and look up side effects of this and all other meds you are taking and do interaction check. Some folks metabolize drugs differently depending on ethnic background. Look that up as well as you did not say.

Sure: Stimulant laxative. Depending on dose, certainly can cause vomiting, cramps, diarrhea.  So can underlying medical conditions.

GI adverse effects: Not unique to experience medication side effects.  Couple tricks may help:  Take meds 30-45 minutes after eating.  Use ginger root
1,000 mg about 1 hour prior to your medications, have your doctor use a different medication.
