Pedal papules: There is not way to get rid of piezogenic papules.  The are papules that result from fat herniating through fascia.  I often have patients seeking a surgical consult on these from me.  Even surgical removal does not have a good  long term success rate.  See a podiatrist make sure that is what you are dealing with.

Some ideas for you: As i practice in the us, I am not aware of free or low cost dental treatment available to you in canada. If you leave near a dental school, they usually have reduced fee clinics. Another possibility is to see if there is a local dental society who might be able to give you a referral. Your religious organization, local health clinic, or physician might have some suggestions as well.

Many many options: Taclonex is just a combo of 2 things--vitamind derivative calcipotrine and an old steroid betamethasone, both are quite cheap separately. The number of vitamind derivattive topicals r limitted, but there are many many generic steroid creams/ointments/solutions etc...So, consult your doc and express your concerns..Expensive does not mean better! good luck.

For anti-inflammatory effect & mobilizing mucus- homemade chicken noodle soup. For hydration- lots of water. Try clear broth. .  Add honey & a small amt. Of lemon juice to chamomile tea.
