Professional eval: Diagnosis requires a trained professional. If there is a nearby university or post-secondary educational institution, you may be able to obtain a free or reduced-fee eval by going through their learning disabilities department.

No: It is not routine practice to test for dyslexia before hiring. Hopefully if you have it you have had learned how to compensate. I am not aware of any company that tests before hiring.

Or have someone read it to you or with you.

Health professionals: There is no single test to test for dyslexia. Ways to definitively diagnose dyslexia are elusive. Dyslexia is determined by the presence or absence of its various symptoms. Comprehensive testing provides a way of measuring these symptoms. Educational psychologists are adept at diagnosing along with psychiatrists/psychologists.

A neurodevelopmental exam may reveal subtle signs of mild motor impairment.
