Is dyslexia even real? how does it even happen?

It is real: The "disease" or condition is a neuropsychological problem that could affect up to 5% of the population. How it happens is a mystery, but it seems to be a processing error in the brain, that is to say the wiring is wrong. True dyslexia can be treated with educational support.

Certainly exists: Dyslexia is a brain disorder resulting in the failure to recognize letters and patterns of letters. It is a developmental disorder.
