Oral: That is  normal. Despite the pleasurable stimulation, many men do not feel relaxed or comfortable with this form of sex. The penis is very sensitive . Despite the accommodations made in oral sex, the fit is not the same as intravaginal intercourse, where you may feel more at home.

Probably: Early loss in multiple gestations is a fairly common occurrence.
If the surviving fetus is showing appropriate interval growth then chances are good that the surviving fetus will go to term. When twins share a single placenta the death of one often has a very negative effect on the survival of the second. Barring that situation or another underlying problem i think you can be hopeful.

Second an HIV test will not pick up an infection for about three to six months after infection.

Home HIV kits are usually available over the counter at drug and grocery stores where other medical testing and supplies are sold.

Chest : Chest pain and tachycardia (high heart rate) are serious symptoms that need to be investigated right away. A heart rate of 126 is not normal regardless of what medication you are taking.
You need a complete history, physical, and diagnostic testing including an ekg. You may be dealing with coronary artery disease. If this is suspected further work up and evaluation by a cardiologist is in order.
