Also, keep in mind that Vyvanse can sometimes cause increased anxiety. Revisit diagnosis: The first thing to do would be to make sure that you're not starting to feel this way because you have an underlying anxiety disorder that has not been addressed or bipolar disorder that has not been addressed. Next would be to have a discussion with your psychiatrist about whether it's even possible to stay on vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine). There are many medications that can be used for adhd. How much damage you do depends on how much ecstasy and what else is cut with it, including poisons.  There is no way to tell how severe or permanent the damage might be. This is why you should JUST SAY NO!  Don't do it.  How many brain cells can you spare?
